truth, love and getting down

It all boils down to that. If you can't be truthful to yourself and those that you love, love is useless, pointless and a grand waste of time. And when you are truthful -- to yourself, those you love and associate with, and most importantly, THE ONE -- getting down is so much more damn fun.

The following words left me speechless ...

In my opinion there is no real definition of what love is because love is like beauty it is what one perceives it to be. Our concepts of love differ from person to person sometimes very drastically. Some of our conceptual thought of love have been so immensely influenced by society and the media that some of us actually know not what love is but only what they have been told that it was.

Love

Is in every action that you make, every word that you say. It is a feelings of overwhelming joy that you receive by simply by seeing happiness in someone else's eyes. It's the tears that you cry and the pain that you feel when that special someone is hurting. It's caring for someone more than any monetary or material possesion. Its the ability to be vulnerable, placing all fears and worries aside allowing yourself to give all of you to him or her without hesitation or fear that they will use it as a weapon. Some say love is trusting and honest (But how many times have we lied to those we claim to love) Love is forgiveness, unselfishness, generosity, the ability and desire to give your last. Love is supporting his goals while striving to reach your because if you love him, his goals will become your goals. Because one of your goals is to see him happy, to see him succeed. Love is anger, because it angers you to see someone hurt him or misuse him or take him for granted. Love is pain. Love is happiness, Love fear, the fear of loosing something so great that you would put all of your riches in the hands of the wind in order to keep him. Love is suffering because a day without him is almost like a day without food. Love is too much to define.

.... Happy Valentine's Day
